Nice boxes on your luggage.

I would suggest also to check these two wonderfull containers for LEGO parts:

Stanley 1-92-748 and Stanley 1-92-749

They have removable compartments secured with a strong lid that locks them in place. The removable compartmets allow you to take one out of the box and play with the parts on top of a table.

Just a thought from an 'airline guy'...why 'box it all up' when you can just bag it? If size and weight are a severe restriction, just get a large bag and dump all the small pieces together, sorting them later. The space saved is immense. The plastic containers are dirt cheap at Walmart, Target, etc. too. Plano makes a rounded tackle box that is very impact resistant. I've only been quizzed once by the TSA about my 'IED-looking device'.
