tingeypa:
About the HiFi and LoFi layers. The parts are designed to always have the Layer0 layer visible, and to have either the LoFi or the HiFi layer on. Not all parts have LoFi optimizations.

These are awesome! It takes some time to get used to sketchup, but it's really powerful once you get the hang of it. I am trying to model my NxtShot model in it now.
One query I have is that some parts don't seem to have been rendered on the lofi layer (e.g. 3u black) When I turn off the lofi layer they disappear :(. Should I always leave the lofi plane visible? It would be fantastic if you had the 4x1 beams rendered too! Thanks for this fantastic contribution!
